BIME started out in 2013 with its sights set on the music of the future, reaching out to America. Today it is a meeting point for all kinds of professionals from more than 30 different countries, working in all areas of music and other cultural and creative industries. It is a space for connecting continents, doing business, sharing knowledge and discovering the latest innovations in anything and everything directly or indirectly related to music.
BIME PRO consists of a general programme with talks and conferences by professionals from all fields of the creative industries, plus a series of special activities including:
- BIME PRO Fests: festival congress for the sector’s professionals
- BIME PRO Start Up!: a startup convention for young entrepreneurs
- BIME PRO Campus: training programme for students

Dr. Mathew Knowles will be a special guest at the Butterfly Club Annual Meeting.
The Butterfly Club is a network of Pfizer employees who are living with or have survived breast cancer. During the meeting, Andy Schmeltz, Global President and General Manager of Pfizer Oncology, will moderate a Q&A session with Dr. Knowles and Michael Kovarik, featured on Pfizer’s Breast Cancer: A Story Half Told, that will explore what it is like for a man living with breast cancer and what they hope for the future.
