After all, few can boast beginning their lives walking down a dirt road in Alabama to walking down the red carpet at the Grammys while defying the odds of segregation.
From his early days as a record-breaking sales professional, to music industry titan, to author, professor and entrepreneur, to his current focus in film and television, Mathew Knowles holds many titles, but perhaps his greatest accomplishment is his ability to help others see the potential in themselves.

As founder of Music World Entertainment Corporation, he has served as executive producer for more than 100 award-winning, platinum and gold albums in multiple genres, including pop, R&B, gospel, dance, and country, as well as soundtracks and special-themed projects.
Record sales have exceeded 450 million worldwide, with work featuring some of the biggest names in music including Chaka Khan, Earth Wind & Fire, The O’Jays, Destiny’s Child, Solange, and Beyoncé, to name a few.
Served as Chief Marketing Officer of House of Deréon which was sold in 2011 for over $75 million.
Delivered a TedX talk in 2020 on The Traits Of The Highly Successful.
Named the "2007 International Executive of the Year" by the Greater Houston Partnership, and was honored by the City of Houston with the declaration of “Mathew Knowles Day."
Possesses an MBA in Strategic Planning and Organizational Culture and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Cornerstone Christian Bible College.
Held professorships at the University of Houston, Rice University, Prairie View A&M University, Texas Southern University and is currently teaching his "Fundamentals of the Music Industry in a Digital Age" course at Point Blank Music School. He also works closely with the London College of Creative Media and also serves as the Dean of the inaugural cohort at The National Museum of African American Music.
Serves on over 10 boards across the globe and minority owner of 2021 WNBA champions Chicago Sky.
